We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Tele caller to handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with clients, and generate business leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing.
Handle inbound calls and address Clients inquiries.
Explain products or services to clients and generate interest.
Follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
Maintain accurate call logs and update clients records.
Resolve customer complaints in a qualified manner.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and achieve sales or engagement goals.
Work closely with the recruitment team.




Handle rejections positively and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as a Tele caller, Tele sales Representative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Robust persuasion and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English and/or regional languages is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
