Field Business Development Executive /Sales Executive

About the Role

We are hiring a Field Business Development Executive to work directly with medical colleges across Chennai. This is an on-field role ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned medical colleges and teaching hospitals.
Interact with MBBS students, interns, CRs, faculty members, and student representatives.
Conduct campus presentations and awareness activities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Generate qualified student enquiries and support the admissions process.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.
Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM.
Achieve monthly business and activity targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in field sales,



business development, education, healthcare, or pharma.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Tamil.
Comfortable with daily field travel.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
