Experience: 5+ Years (preferably in construction high rise residential building.)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage factory/industrial projects from planning to execution. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, cost control, quality standards, and coordination between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage factory construction and infrastructure projects
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and regulations
Handle site supervision and resolve any on-site issues
Review drawings, designs, and technical specifications
Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Prepare regular project reports and updates for management




Ensure proper documentation and approvals at all project stages

Required Skills:
Robust project management and leadership skills
Knowledge of industrial/factory construction processes
Valuable understanding of drawings, BOQ, and project planning
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Project Management
5+ years of experience in factory or industrial project management

Preferred:
Experience in handling large-scale factory setup or expansion projects
Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
