Job Summary

H.S. Oberoi Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced In-House Lawyer to manage the company's legal affairs, ensure compliance with applicable laws, mitigate legal risks, and provide strategic legal support across real estate and construction operations.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, leases, and vendor agreements.
Handle legal matters related to real estate, construction projects, land acquisition, and property documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including RERA, Contract Act, Companies Act, Labour Laws, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate with external legal counsels, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Maintain legal records, case files,



and compliance documentation.

Required Qualifications
LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. preferred).
Registered with the Bar Council of India.
5–10 years of experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure companies.
