Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Billing & Estimation Engineer to prepare project estimates, quantity take-offs, client and subcontractor bills, and cost reports. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and billing procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings.
Develop BOQs and cost estimates for civil works.
Prepare RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills.
Perform rate analysis for various construction activities.
Verify work quantities at site and maintain billing records.
Coordinate with project, site, and procurement teams.
Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) where required.




Monitor project costs and assist in cost control.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.

Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in billing and estimation for construction projects.
Positive knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing/estimation software.
Familiarity with IS codes and standard methods of measurement.
