Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior E-Commerce & Online Sales Executive with strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and other online sales portals. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing marketplace operations, driving online sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations of Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and other online marketplaces.
Create, update, and optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
Monitor daily sales, inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketplace offers.
Handle marketplace advertising and sponsored campaigns.
Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for seamless operations.
Ensure timely stock replenishment and maintain account health.
Resolve listing issues, customer escalations, returns,



and marketplace-related concerns.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Ajio Partner Portal, and other online sales platforms.
Experience in managing online marketplace operations and increasing sales.
Good understanding of product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and marketplace promotions.
Proficiency in MS Excel ( Vlookup & Pivot table ) and sales reporting.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
