Start-up and Shutdown: Execute sequential start-ups and shutdowns of RO units and auxiliary equipment
System Adjustments: Continuously monitor control panels, pressure gauges, flow meters, and digital systems (SCADA/HMI) to maintain optimal operating parameters.
Alarm Response: React immediately to system alarms and mechanical malfunctions, identifying issues and taking corrective actions to avoid service interruptions.
Water Quality & Chemical Treatment
Sample Collection: Routinely gather water samples at various stages of the treatment process (raw, pre-treated, and RO product).
Laboratory Testing: Perform accurate lab analyses to measure physical and chemical indicators such as pH, turbidity, chlorine levels, and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS).
Chemical Dosing: Calculate chemical feed rates and adjust anti-scalants, coagulants, or biocides to prevent membrane scaling and fouling and meet regulatory standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
