Position: Manager

Reports To: Chairman

Purpose of the Role: To oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensure smooth administration, coordinate between departments, monitor staff performance, and support the Chairman in achieving institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and ensure effective functioning of all departments.
Coordinate with department heads, staff, vendors, and external agencies.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and performance.
Prepare reports and present updates to the Chairman.
Implement policies, procedures, and management decisions.
Handle administrative issues and resolve operational challenges.
Assist in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and organizational requirements.
Monitor customer, student, parent, or stakeholder satisfaction, as applicable.
Organize meetings, maintain records, and follow up on action items.
Support recruitment, training, and staff development activities.
Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.

Qualifications




Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of administrative or managerial experience.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
