Que Developers LLP is a leading real estate development company committed to delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM/database.
Schedule customer meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
Prepare quotations, booking forms, agreements, and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate with the legal, accounts, and project teams to ensure smooth processing of bookings.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, exhibitions,



and promotional events.
Ensure timely documentation and record maintenance.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or real estate sales.
Excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Solid organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude with excellent customer relationship skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
