Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or textile ERP).
Computer hardware troubleshooting and networking.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiency.
Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network administration.
Database handling and MIS reporting.
Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Time management and customer service orientation.
