Job Description

Role Summary:
Responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender proposals for HVAC systems in commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Study drawings, BOQs, and tender documents
Perform quantity take-offs for ducting, piping, insulation, equipment
Prepare cost estimates & rate analysis
Float enquiries & evaluate vendor quotations
Prepare techno-commercial proposals
Support tender submission & client clarifications

Requirements
B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
1–5 years in HVAC estimation/tendering
Knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHU, VRF, Ducting)

Skills
AutoCAD, Excel
BOQ & estimation
Vendor coordination
Tendering process

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:
