Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle international customer queries and provide professional, timely, and effective support. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through email, chat, and other support channels
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
Resolve customer issues within defined timelines
Maintain qualified and courteous communication with customers
Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Robust customer-handling and problem-solving skills
Good typing and computer skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good attention to detail
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
