Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 2–3+ years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and assessment skills, be capable of identifying high-potential talent, and have experience hiring for both volume and niche positions, including International Sales, leadership, and other mid-to-senior level roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and internal databases.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on communication, skills, attitude, and role fit.
Hire for diverse roles, including International Sales, Business Development, Product, Operations, and other critical positions.




Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Negotiate salary offers and manage the offer rollout process.
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Required Skills:
2–3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Robust sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruitment databases.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to assess candidate quality and cultural fit.
Robust communication ,fluent English, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Experience hiring for International Sales and mid-to-senior level positions is highly preferred.
