Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage our company’s financial operations, accounting activities, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and MIS reports.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank transactions.
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external financial consultants.
Monitor expenses and maintain proper financial controls.
Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and financial transactions.
Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.




Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, Payroll and statutory compliance.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage financial records and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
