Role Overview

We're looking for a Customer Care Executive to be the first point of contact for our participants. You'll assist customers with inquiries, bookings, payments, and event information while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone calls
Guide customers through bookings and payments
Share trek details, itineraries, and event information
Maintain participant records and booking data
Follow up with leads and existing customers
Coordinate with the operations team before every event

Requirements
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge
Familiarity with Google Sheets and Docs
Friendly, patient, and organized
Freshers are welcome

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
