About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our US Telecom Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and experience handling international customers. Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound calls with customers based in the US.
Promote and sell telecom products and services to prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Build rapport with customers and maintain professional communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM systems regularly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and sales processes.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Required Qualifications




Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales or International Voice Process.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice periods up to 30 days are preferred.

Preferred Skills
Experience in International BPO Sales.
Knowledge of Telecom Sales Processes.
Solid customer handling and objection management skills.
CRM and customer relationship management experience.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve targets.
