Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting activities, including sales, purchase, invoicing, payment tracking, and project expense management. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple ledgers and project-based accounting efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Sales Accounting

Record and manage Sales Order entries

Raise Sales Invoices and Proforma Invoices

Follow up with clients for payments and outstanding receivables

Pass receipt entries and adjust against invoices

Track and follow up on pending Purchase Orders (POs from clients)

Experienced in generating E-Way Bills Purchase Accounting

Record Purchase Order entries

Verify WCC with contractor invoices

Book Purchase Invoices / Contractor Invoices

Ensure invoices are properly reviewed before payment release

Pass payment entries and adjust against invoices

Monitor and track project-wise expenses

Handle expense booking and allocation

General Accounting Duties

Maintain accurate books of accounts

Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness

Coordinate with internal teams (projects, procurement,



sales)

Assist in monthly closing and reporting

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (B.Com or equivalent)

1–5 years of accounting experience (preferably in project-based industries like CCTV/FAS)

Good understanding of GST & compliance

Robust attention to detail and organizational skills

Valuable communication and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in CCTV / FAS / Project-based companies

Ability to handle multiple customers & vendors in a single accounting workflow

Knowledge of WCC process and project billing

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy in invoice and ledger entries

Timely invoicing and collections follow-up

Proper expense tracking against projects

Zero discrepancies in reconciliations
