Build and maintain robust skilled relationships with referring physicians and healthcare partners.
Generate referrals and achieve monthly business development targets.
Conduct market surveys and identify recent business opportunities.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely resolution of customer and doctor concerns.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and promotional activities.
Prepare daily call reports, visit reports, and monthly performance reports.
Follow up with existing clients and referral partners to strengthen business relationships.
Assist in branding, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns as assigned.
Ensure high standards of customer service and represent the organisation professionally at all times.
