Experience: 2–5 years in printer/printing equipment service.

We are looking for a Printer Service Engineer responsible for installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of printers and related printing equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and commission printers at customer locations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of printers.
Troubleshoot issues related to print quality, paper feeding, connectivity, fuser, rollers, sensors, PCB, motors, and other components.
Replace and test faulty spare parts and consumables.
Provide remote and in office technical support to customers.
Maintain service reports, job sheets, and spare-parts consumption records.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely closure of service calls.
Maintain proper documentation of service activities and customer feedback.
Travel to customer locations as required.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of laser/inkjet/multifunction printers and printing technology.




Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, networking, and computer hardware.
Familiarity with printer drivers, network configuration, USB/LAN connectivity, and Windows OS.
Good customer-handling and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under service timelines.

Qualification

Diploma/Bachelors/BCA/B.Tech/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or a related field.

Preferred: Experience with brands such as HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Xerox, or similar printing equipment.
