A. Key Responsibilities:

Support in Business Planning & Control:
To provide financial data and adequate support in preparation of Annual Business Plan, Financial budgets and cash flow Projections
To look after Fund Planning, Banking Process and Fund Management
To look after of Revenue/collection reviews diligently
To be actively involved for Weekly/Monthly Financial Review meetings

Core Finance & Accounts Function:
To take the lead for managing and controlling the entire activities of the Finance & Accounts department
To monitor and ensure that all financial transactions are properly documented, checked, verified, approved and entered in ERP system correctly and on time.
To ensure that all payments are made correctly to the Suppliers, Service Providers on due time and as per SOP
To establish and ensure that proper internal control and check system are in place in order to avoid the revenue/financial leakages
To ensure that all statutory compliances and payments are complying on timely basis.
To coordinate, assist and comply for inventory audits, internal audits, statutory audits, tax audits and assessments conducted by the Auditors and Govt. Authorities.




To take responsibilities for timely completion of finalization of Accounts with coordination of Finance head, Management and Statutory Auditors
To be involved in documentation for Business Loan from Banks and provide required documents and data for timely review of business loan
To be able to establish communication and work closely with the Bankers, Statutory Authorities in the interest of the company.
To provide guidance, assistance and solve the problems of subordinates for ensuring smooth functioning
To ensure that all financial documents are properly filed and kept in protected custody
Driving individual learning and department’s talent development.
To provide adequate support for Designing, maintaining, and developing of Processes, SOP and company's Internal Control system to ensure strict adherence to Policies and Procedures
Drive positive internal team work across departments.

Data Management & MIS - Provide requisite reports and inputs for management review processes. Ensure data accuracy & analysis

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
