About the Role

Rainbow International School is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support the organization's business growth by generating leads, developing client relationships, and expanding strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, conducting market outreach, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through effective lead generation and business conversion. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, relationship management, and achieving business targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related discipline.

Experience
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Client Acquisition, or Customer Relationship Management.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Experience in the education sector, EdTech, B2B sales, or service industry will be an added advantage.

Target-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
