Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

Handle inbound inquiries regarding courses, admissions, and fees.

Explain institute programs and admission process clearly.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain daily call records and update lead status.

Coordinate with the admissions team for student appointments.

Eligibility:

Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.

0–2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service (Freshers with valuable communication can apply).

Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is mandatory.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).

Positive communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
