Key Responsibilities
Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Conceptualize, script, and execute short-form video content including Reels and Shorts.
Stay updated with current social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
Participate confidently in front of the camera whenever required.
Assist in brainstorming creative campaign ideas and content calendars.
Capture behind-the-scenes content, product showcases, interviews, and promotional videos.
Ensure all content aligns with client branding and marketing objectives.
Maintain consistency in quality, tone, and visual aesthetics.
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or Bengali.
Robust creativity and storytelling ability.




Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
Confidence in speaking and presenting on camera.
Familiarity with mobile videography and photography.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar editing tools is preferred.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven setting.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria
Age: 18–25 years
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation (preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers with strong creative skills are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in content creation or social media management is an added advantage.
A portfolio or social media profile showcasing original content will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
