Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our agile team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining solid, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial objectives, challenges, and aspirations through regular meetings, calls, and correspondence.
Identify and assess client needs for various financial products and services, including investments, lending, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
Present and explain complex financial products and services clearly and concisely,



tailoring recommendations to individual client profiles.
Collaborate closely with internal specialists (e.g., product specialists, credit analysts, legal) to ensure comprehensive and integrated solutions are provided to clients.
Monitor client portfolios and market trends to provide timely and relevant advice, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Actively seek new business opportunities within the existing client base through cross-selling and up-selling relevant products and services.
Generate current client leads and acquire new relationships through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and prospective clients.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs in the CRM system.
Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.
