Supervise kitchen helpers and store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Ensure timely issuance of raw materials to the kitchen as per approved indents.
Monitor food preparation support activities and maintain kitchen discipline.
Ensure proper handling and storage of food items to minimize wastage.
Assist the Kitchen Chef in maintaining inventory levels and operational efficiency.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement reports.
Support internal audits and physical stock verification.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely disposal of expired or damaged products.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
