Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Team Members to join our Baskin Robbins outlet. The candidate will assist with customer service, order handling, product preparation, billing, and daily outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly service.
Take orders and handle billing/POS transactions.
Prepare and serve ice creams and beverages as per company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
Arrange and replenish products and supplies.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist the team in daily outlet operations.
Handle customer queries politely.
Requirements
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Team player with a customer-focused approach.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in QSR, café, restaurant, or retail is an advantage.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
