We are seeking a Dual-Function Accounts and Customer Relations Associate to manage our financial records and drive customer satisfaction through effective support.

Key Responsibilities
Managing all accounts, including timely and accurate billing and invoicing using Zoho Books.
Overseeing logistics and order management to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment.
Maintaining accurate records in the Zoho CRM and other systems.
Acting as the primary liaison for pet parents, building trust and ensuring satisfaction.
Guiding customers on product information and options.
Resolving customer queries and issues promptly and effectively.




Ensuring effective communication and coordination with all internal teams.

Key Skills & Requirements
Fresher / up to 3 year of experience in accounts.
Education UG: B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization, B.Com in Any Specialization
Expert use of Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and MS Office.
Possessing excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for both customer-facing and internal duties.
Robust attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Candidates must be located within a 5 km radius of Valasaravakkam, Chennai.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹275,000.00 per year
