Job Position: HR Team Leader
Location: Goregaon West
Experience: Minimum 5 years (with at least 2 years of team handling experience)
Age: 28 - 32 years
Salary: ��40,000 - 45,000 per month
Industry Preference: Non-IT (not from BPO or blue-collared recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of 5 - 10 recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
Work extensively on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for sourcing and recruitment activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for client management �� understanding requirements, ensuring delivery, and maintaining robust relationships.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection).
Achieve both team targets and contribute as an individual recruiter when required.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure high productivity.
Prepare recruitment reports and share insights with management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring processes.





Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years of team handling experience.
Must have managed a team of 5 - 10 recruiters.
Solid experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
Proven track record in client management and working on strict targets.
Experience in Non-IT recruitment (not from BPO or blue-collared hiring).
Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to balance team leadership and individual contribution.
