About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented qualified to lead our E-commerce and Digital Marketing operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, enhancing brand visibility, and managing the overall growth of our ecommerce website

Key Responsibilities

· Take ownership of achieving monthly and annual online sales targets.

· Manage and optimize the e-commerce website.

· Monitor website performance, product listings, pricing and promotions.

· Ensure timely product uploads, content updates, and website maintenance.

· Drive online sales growth through campaigns.

· Monitor website performance and conversion rates.

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across (Facebook & Instagram) and other relevant platforms.

· Manage SEO and social media activities.





· Generate quality leads and increase online brand visibility.

· Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data.

· Lead and coordinate with internal and external marketing teams/agencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.

· Minimum 5+ years of experience in E-commerce and Digital Marketing.

· Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and CRM tools.

· Solid understanding of website management and conversion optimization.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
