Key Responsibilities
Assist students with course enquiries and admissions support.
Guide students through their learning journey and provide timely assistance.
Coordinate with trainers and other departments to ensure smooth student services.
Maintain student records and follow up on attendance, documentation, and course progress.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk in enquiries professionally.
Resolve student concerns promptly and ensure a positive learning experience.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.




Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
Customer service or educational institution experience is an advantage.
Positive attitude, problem solving skills, and a student first approach.
