Job Summary

Agile Gold Infra Ltd. is seeking an experienced Solar Plant Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) Manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and performance of its solar power plants. The role focuses on maximizing plant generation, ensuring equipment reliability, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of solar power plants.
Ensure maximum plant generation and operational efficiency.
Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Monitor SCADA systems, generation data, and plant performance.
Analyze performance reports and identify prospects to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with DISCOM, SLDC/RLDC, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Manage O&M; contractors, vendors, and service providers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly generation and maintenance reports.
Monitor equipment health including inverters,



transformers, switchyard, modules, and transmission systems.
Control O&M; budgets and optimize maintenance costs.
Lead and develop the plant operations team.

Experience
5–10years of experience in Solar Power Plant Operations & Maintenance.
Robust knowledge of Solar PV systems, SCADA, HT/LT systems, transformers, switchyards, and power distribution.
Experience in utility-scale or commercial solar plants.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Additional certifications in Solar Energy or Power Systems are preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
