Job Description:
End-to-End Recruitment
Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
HR Policy Management:
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure consistent policy application across the organization.
Payroll and Compensation Management:
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance and manage salary breakup, bonus distribution, TDS, and leave encashment.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and grievances promptly.
Promote a positive and inclusive work setting.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Establish and monitor key HR metrics to assess departmental effectiveness. Generate reports for management on HR-related analytics.
