Position: Foundry Shift Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Foundry Shift Supervisor to oversee shift operations and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production within the foundry.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily foundry operations during assigned shifts.
Monitor and control melting, moulding, and pouring activities.
Ensure adherence to process parameters and production schedules.
Monitor metal chemistry and coordinate spectrometer analysis.




Maintain and control green sand properties to achieve consistent mould quality.
Supervise manpower, ensure productivity, and maintain shop-floor discipline.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and 5S standards.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Production Planning teams.
Support continuous improvement and reduction of process losses and rejections.

Candidate Profile
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production, or related Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in a foundry production setting.
Strong knowledge of melting, moulding, metal chemistry, and green sand properties.
Positive leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle production targets.
