Job Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise factory operations including fabrication, cutting, welding, and assembly.
Interpret engineering / fabrication drawings and direct workers and craftsmen accordingly.
Ensure production schedules are met on time.
Quality Control: Inspect product finishing, dimensions, and welding quality.
Track daily raw material consumption.
Enforce factory safety rules and protocols during shifts.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience as a supervisor in fabrication.
Education: ITI (Fitter / Welder) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Skills:




Proficiency in reading and understanding 2D/3D technical drawings.
Robust knowledge of lineup, precision measurement, and fit-up tolerances.
Manpower management skills to effectively handle labor teams.

Salary & Perks:
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skillset)
