Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Trainer to deliver training under skill development programs. The candidate will be responsible for training students in data entry operations, computer fundamentals, and digital tools to enhance their employability.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training on Data Entry and Computer Operations
Train students in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a focus on Excel functions and data handling
Conduct sessions on Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and internet usage
Improve students’ typing speed and accuracy through structured practice
Conduct assessments, assignments, and regular evaluations
Maintain training records including attendance, assessments, and progress reports
Support students with interview preparation and job readiness
Coordinate with the placement team for candidate placements
Ensure discipline, engagement, and effective classroom management

Required Skills and Qualifications




Graduate or Diploma in Computer Applications / IT or related field
Solid knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Valuable understanding of Data Entry processes and tools
Basic knowledge of Digital Literacy and Computer Fundamentals
Positive communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage classroom training effectively
Basic knowledge of Canva and online tools is an added advantage

Preferred Skills
Experience in skill development programs or training institutes
Familiarity with MIS reporting and documentation
Ability to handle multiple batches and reporting requirements

Improvement in students’ typing speed and accuracy
Student assessment results and course completion rates
Placement readiness and placement conversion
Timely and accurate reporting

Pay: ₹9,440.57 - ₹25,000.00 per month
