Key Responsibilities
Inventory planning, demand forecasting, stock replenishment and inventory ageing analysis.
Source materials, manage procurement, raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Warehouse operations including receiving, quality checks, tagging, barcoding, racking and internal stock movement.
Manage ERP operations, support ERP implementation/upgrades, develop SOPs and improve operational processes.
Oversee end-to-end online sales operations, including inventory synchronization, website/catalog management, product information, customer queries, order processing, dispatches,
payments and returns.
Plan offers, discounts and clearance strategies for slow-moving and ageing inventory.
Lead the inventory and operations team while ensuring high inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
