ey Responsibilities:1. Quality Assurance and Control:
Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and documentation.
Conduct inspections, tests, and audits of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Identify and address non-conformance issues in manufacturing and production.
Process Improvement:
Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that reduce defects and improve efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen.
Problem Solving:
Investigate root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Track and monitor the effectiveness of implemented corrective measures.
Compliance and Standards:




Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.), and customer requirements.
Maintain updated knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare detailed quality reports, including metrics and analysis of performance trends.
Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, audits, and compliance.
Customer Focus:
Respond to customer inquiries or complaints related to quality issues.
Ensure that delivered products meet or exceed customer expectations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
