Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservations Agent to handle bookings for flights, hotels, and tours. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of all reservations while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Process reservations for flights, hotels, and tour packages
Confirm bookings and communicate details to clients
Handle changes, cancellations, and refund requests
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers
Maintain accurate records in the booking system
Resolve reservation-related issues promptly
Requirements:
Previous experience in a reservations or travel agency role
Familiarity with GDS/booking systems is a plus
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive communication skills in English
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
Pay: ₹11,585.47 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
