JOB DESCRIPTION SALES EXECUTIVE

Sales Executive Job Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred
Valuable written and oral communication skills
Extensive knowledge of current and relevant markets
Ability to handle new product launch and sales generation.
Should have market know how to pitch a new product in a current market.
Should have experience in developing & handling marketing activities for sales and promotion for new launches or sales enhancement.
Should take the challenge of the increase in sales revenue in specified time with effective planning.
Channel Sales/channel partner management- Traditional or General trade management (distributor/dealer/CNF).
Ability to understand and implement company business strategies.
Able to maintain MIS reports & present the same to the management.




Good knowledge of Consumer durable, home appliances, kitchen appliances.
Dealer, Distributor appointment, retention, channel expansion.
Capable of appointment of the dealer, distributor in a given territory.
Understanding the vendor-customer chain and able to plot the general flow diagram of organizational systems.
Experience in institutional sales added advantage.
Market penetration by identifying new channel partners in the given territory.
Seeking out business prospects through networking & by cold calling.
Meeting & Exceeding sales target.
Reading and writing primary English.

Salary:- 12K to 15K CTC.
