Provide direct patient care according to physician orders and established nursing standards.
Assess patients’ health conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant patient information.
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations and medical procedures.
Observe patients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing records, patient charts, and medical documentation.
Educate patients and their families about medications, treatment plans, health conditions, and post-care instructions.
Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and patient safety procedures are followed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
