We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the organization's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting books.
Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process payroll and statutory deductions, if applicable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com),
Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Freshers with robust accounting knowledge may also apply.
Knowledge of Tally ERP, Busy or other accounting software is preferred.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
