Roles & Responsibilities
Install and connect solar panels, inverters, AC/DC cables, DBs, MCBs, SPDs, earthing, and other electrical components.
Perform DC and AC wiring as per the approved system design.
Connect solar panels to the inverter and ensure proper string configuration.
Install and check ACDB, DCDB, isolators, junction boxes, and protection devices.
Carry out earthing and lightning protection work as required.
Test cable connections, voltage, current, polarity, insulation, and continuity.
Assist in inverter installation, configuration, and commissioning.
Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults in solar plants.
Attend service and maintenance complaints at customer sites.
Ensure proper cable dressing, labeling, termination, and safety standards.




Follow electrical safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times.
Coordinate with the Site Supervisor and Project Engineer during installation.
Take site photographs and provide installation/service updates to the office.
Maintain tools, testing equipment, and electrical materials properly.
Ensure the work area is clean and secure after completing the work.
Follow company procedures, project schedules, and customer instructions.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
