Technology | CCNP Enterprise/ Cisco Certified Specialist – Security Core/ F5 Certified Technology Specialist

Experienced in deploying, administering, and troubleshooting complex Nexus routing and switching environments, including advanced VLAN configurations, energetic routing protocols, and performance optimization techniques.

Knowledgeable in managing, and optimizing Firepower Firewall solutions, including access control policies, VPNs, and threat prevention techniques for enterprise networks.

Knowledgeable in managing, and troubleshooting VMware NSX-T environments, including logical switching, routing,



and micro-segmentation for secure and productive virtual networks.

Aware of F5 NLB load balancing configurations, pool management, and monitoring techniques to ensure high availability and optimal application performance.

Provides mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, fostering skill development through continuous knowledge sharing, structured handovers, and adoption of best practices. Acts as the primary technical contact during major incidents and escalations, ensuring timely communication, effective resolution, and comprehensive post-incident analysis. Promotes a cooperative and positive team culture by proactively resolving conflicts and strengthening cohesive relationships across delivery teams.
