Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead design development, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure seamless execution of architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, design presentations, and cutting-edge solutions aligned with client requirements
Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors for smooth project execution




Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent
Assist in material selection, design detailing, and technical specifications
Collaborate with internal teams to manage multiple projects efficiently
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality benchmarks

Skills & Software Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with rendering tools such as D5, Enscape
Knowledge of Rhinoceros 3D will be an added advantage
Robust design sensibility with technical detailing capabilities
Good coordination, communication, and project management skills

Qualifications
B.Arch / M.Arch
