Job Title: Accountant (Odoo ERP Experience) – Kochi

About Us
We are a UAE-based IT services company with an office in Kochi, looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage accounting operations remotely supporting our Dubai headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations for UAE operations
Monitor and track Purchase Orders (POs) end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Track and follow up on payments, ensuring vendor and client payment schedules are met
Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Coordinate with the Dubai team for VAT filing and UAE compliance requirements
Support month-end and year-end closing processes




Coordinate with internal departments for budget tracking and expense monitoring
Be versatile to align working hours with UAE time zone as needed

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience
Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is required
Prior experience working with UAE/Gulf-based companies or accounts is preferred
Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive communication skills in English

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
