About the Role

We are looking for a B.Pharma graduate to join our team in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer/patient queries, providing product-related information, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle patient/customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information related to medicines, products, and treatment plans within the defined scope.
Coordinate with doctors, pharmacists, and internal teams whenever required.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM/customer information.
Follow up with customers/patients and ensure timely resolution of queries.
Support sales and conversion activities while maintaining service quality.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and pharmacy-related guidelines.




Maintain confidentiality of patient/customer information.

Requirements
B.Pharm / M.Pharm qualification is mandatory.
Freshers can apply; relevant experience will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of medicines, pharmacy, and healthcare products.
Comfortable working with CRM/software and basic computer applications.
Customer-focused and willing to work in a target-oriented workplace.
