Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of issues to support business continuity and operational efficiency.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
Strong understanding of network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure system reliability.
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.
Familiarity with change management processes and documentation standards.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
