We are looking for an enthusiastic Placement Officer to join our team and manage student placements and corporate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate student placement activities and recruitment drives
Connect with companies, HRs, and recruiters for job opportunities
Source and coordinate job/internship openings
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates & companies
Maintain placement records and reports
Guide students with interview preparation and career opportunities
Build and maintain solid employer relationships

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Placement, Recruitment, HR, BDE,



or a related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid coordination, networking, and follow-up skills
Comfortable with calls, emails, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms
Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel
Target-oriented and self-motivated
