Position: CTO/Project Manager

Experience: 12–20 Years

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap for the FMCG business.
Own end-to-end ERP implementation, from requirement gathering through go-live and stabilization.
Act as the single point of contact for technology partners/vendors such as doodleblue.
Translate business requirements across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Inventory, and Operations into technology solutions.
Drive project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and vendor deliverables.
Review and challenge solution architecture, integrations, customizations, and implementation approaches proposed by vendors.
Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, AI, dashboards, and process digitization.
Ensure technology governance, data security, scalability, system performance, and business continuity.

Required Skills:
12–20 years of relevant experience.
Strong experience in ERP implementation and digital transformation.
Robust project/program management and vendor management experience.
Experience working across business functions such as Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Inventory,



and Operations.
Robust understanding of technology strategy, solution architecture, integrations, and system implementation.
Experience in FMCG/manufacturing is preferred.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to drive technology initiatives from strategy through execution and stabilization.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
