Reservation Executive – Bengali Speaking
Location: Nagpur
Salary: ₹10000 – ₹15,000/month
Experience: 0–2 Years / Freshers can apply
Key Responsibilities:
Handle hotel/resort reservations through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Communicate with guests and travel agents regarding bookings.
Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, and modifications.
Coordinate with resort teams for guest requirements.
Maintain reservation records and follow up with clients.
Handle guest queries professionally.
Requirements:
Bengali language is mandatory.
Positive communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
Basic English communication is preferred.
Valuable customer service and convincing skills.
Hospitality/reservation experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
